Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced, plus more for serving
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon.
- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Arrange lemon slices over and around the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your fillets.
