Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced, plus more for serving
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh)

Instructions:
